Hello Kitty And Pretty in Pink :)

Just a short little things post about my two sugar and spice and everything nice girlsies.

The new picture that I've chosen for this blog shows Quincie in her new fave hat in the whole wide world. Ever. I thought Quincie would like this hat. I never dreamed she would LOVE IT the way she does.

I really could have just wrapped up this one Christmas present for Quincie and she would have been giddy. Forget the Disney princess Squinkies; just give this girl a Hello Kitty hat!

Quincie ADORES her new hat. She is crazy about it. She wears it to the supper table. She wears it when she watches movies or plays in her room. She wears it to school. She even wears it when she sleeps! Really and truly, this darling hat is almost always found securely nestled atop Quincie's head. 

One cool thing that I didn't even attempt to plan was that the small, sparkly hot pink bow on this rather wonderful hat exactly matches one of Mallie's fave Christmas presents, a sparkly hot pink bow on a headband. Only the bow on Mallie's headband is rather BIG.

Actually we've gone a little headband crazy at our house since Christmastime. Both girls got a (Target $1 Spot!) Hello Kitty headband in their stockings. Then we spent a little bit more of our Christmas money on even more headbands. We have pale pink flower headbands, hot pink flower headbands, red flower headbands, pink and white flower headbands and of course a few headbands that glitter and sparkle too. Like Mallie's BIG sparkly hot pink bow. 

We have a couple of rather plain headbands, one black and one white, but mostly we like...PINK! :) We really don't care if its pale or hot or satin or sparkly. PINK IT UP PLEASE.

Its more than fun - especially after three boys - to have two little girls who LOVE Hello Kitty hats and Pretty in Pink headbands. Insert contented sigh here.
